9a. we must nationalize the monetary sources of billionaire economic dominance and political wealth, funding the general welfare of the people with the proceeds nationalized from 99% of their wealth and businesses. see #22 EDUCATION, #26-26 HEALTH and #39 SOCIAL SECURITY below.
9b. we must offer working class builders and users, (those who are not multimillionaires) ownership of billionaire businesses, including but not limited to broadcast networks, news, social media, shopping, and technology companies, thereby ensuring truth, innovation and blessings for everyone who resides in the united states.
9c. we must stringently regulate and closely monitor all corporations employing more than 100 human beings, investigating those involved in news programming, artificial intelligence development, or who vie for government contracts, loans or grants.
9d. we must recommit the united states to non-military space exploration, quadrupling the NASA budget to $100 billion per year for 2028 through 2040. NASA contracts to billionaires and their corporate fronts will be voided and any space operation backed by billionaire funding will be immediately nationalized.
9e. we must void billionaire tech partnerships with government. is it prudent to trust a ketamine addicted nazi man-child with discreetly operating his satellite wi-fi communications system during a war when he cannot keep the aluminum stuck to his fleet of 800-horsepower garbage bins, is a well-documented snitch and epstein pedo associate? this person is a national security bomb waiting to explode, if it has not already, and it must be diffused post haste.

we must move away from this capitalist economy of greedy mega-corporatism and monster conglomerates and instead design an enlightened country of small, under 100-employee business innovators and services, co-owned by the employees, including all machinery and real estate.

10a. we must overturn “citizens united.” corporations are not the people, they are not allowed to do the same things as the people and they do not have more rights than the people. instead, they must have more responsibility, as our founders intended.
10b. we must legally define “freedom of speech” as a right of the people and only human people, not corporations, nor corporate mouthpieces such as news programs promoting the wealthy while ignoring — or outright blaming — the worker and the poor.

11. we must break up and nationalize monopolies and large innovation-gorging industries. their every piece of property will be evenly owned by well-paid workers and, with non-materialistic goals, managed by the most capable humans from the employee pool, those who seek to benefit their workers and the nation. the current USA is run by fifty corporations whose sole intent is to remain powerful, not pioneering. let us crush them all and once again be the world leader in creating cool physical stuff, not just digital vaporware, war machines and deep state surveillance techniques.

12a. we must close down all corporate stock exchanges. new york will continue to thrive as the advertising, communication and creative center of the world. it will also be one of four major immigration ports, employing thousands who will help visitors begin their democracian citizenship. see IMMIGRATION at section #21 below. corporations will survive but those valued at billions more than their actual physical worth will either cease to exist or figure how to become financially honest. exorbitant executive salaries will fall like a lead balloon. this will ensure bubbles created by greed never again pop and bring down the people of the united states, nor that of any people in the world. let another country be the home of greed. it must never again be us.
12b. big banks, they’ll get what’s been coming to them for decades as the people realize local credit unions they co-own are the better way to play.

12c. we must make the worth of a corporation relative to the good it does for people and planet by legal definition to protect humanity and earth for all that is good and beautiful. our new united states will nationalize all corporations which fail to achieve this metric. early corporations in the USA were created exclusively through state charters and operated to serve the public, not the shareholder. returning to such a corporate metric will surely go a long way in evening the country’s current income disparities between “the haves” and “the have nots” and ridding the nation of natural resource-gobbling mega data centers.
12d. we must define exactly what is expected from corporations in the united states that there never be doubt. the first rule will be no corporate enterprise may profit by reducing another human’s health or wealth. this alone should end the search and use of planet polluting fuels while beckoning the conclusion of the heartless health insurance and pharma industries business plan of gross profit from the sick, not less profit by healing people.

12e. we must state by law, emphatically; fascism is peak capitalism and corporations are peak capitalists. look around and listen, a vision from our founders cries out for what should have been obvious long ago; capitalism must be regulated. thoroughly. stringently.
12f. we must perform these duties without frustrating bureaucracy. see BUREAUCRACY at section #41 below.

13a. we must end corporate-owned neighborhoods and business districts which were once privately owned neighborhoods and businesses.
13b. we must stop newly constructed communities from becoming the same bland and humorless conformities which landlord companies manipulate to bleed residents and small businesses dry in favor of heartless corporate bottom lines while greatly elevating the costs of home ownership.
13c. we must pay people well, give them benefits and a reason to show up and care. therefore, we will pay government employees more than mere money; we will train people and give them opportunities for educations that their lives gain more meaning and more yamaha jet skis.

the minimum wage a human can live freely upon must become a constitutional guarantee. for what are we if not greed? we are abundance. abundance for everyone. that is what we shall be.

14a. we must offer a living wage as the minimum pay for all, a wage which not only elevates americans and visitors above the poverty line, but instead lifts full-time worker’s wages to twice that $16,000 line. a $28 per hour minimum wage in 2026 will bring greater prosperity to communities, cities and states, and will help enshrine our reimagined national identity to all of earth as the home of health and wealth for everyone. no tears will be shed for corporate executives, the multi-millionaires and billionaires. they must now become responsible to humanity in exchange for keeping millions, even hundreds of millions, from their prior dominion. they will no longer reap the benefits of stock market gains and insider trading while dancing on the breaking backs of their workers.

14b.  we must state the right to a living wage in the constitution, defining what it is, what a person needs to achieve it, and how it will keep pace with cost-of-living and human production gains in perpetuity.

15. we must limit the pay of corporate executives to no more than triple what the average worker in their company is paid.

16a. we must end all “right-to-work” laws in every state as a requisite to remain within our renewed union. the people must never again be used for profit over humanity within the united states of america. the people are more important than the corporation. corporations are tools of the people, for the people. not the other way around.
16b. we must assist american workers and unions in breaking through the illegal tactics so many corporations (amazon, starbucks, home depot, etc.) deploy against workers seeking unionization.

17. we must have programs to quickly educate and re-job unemployed white and blue collar employees from all sectors.

18. we must replace the vulgar, large scale corporate agriculture complexes with farms owned by inventive communities and locally residing families who know their employees and care about their product; people who know safe food is patriotic and foundational to the health of everyone who partakes of their labor’s yield, wherever in the world they may be.

23c. we must erase and re-map all gerrymandered state voting districts by using non-partisan judicial commissions to create the number of districts needed, each roughly equal in population and with boundaries made as simply as possible. state redistricting will only be done every decade, immediately following u.s. census publication. thus, we can end lawmakers capacity to cherry pick their constituents and instead make politicians accountable to the people.

23d. we must insure our votes are counted, not by computers, which can all be hacked, but by the hands and eyes of well-vetted and non-biased stewards of this sacred right.
23d. we must end the nation’s political duopoly and encourage multiple legislative parties, giving equal time for debate to all who garner at least five percent of the electorate’s favor in national polls conducted by independent, non-biased pollsters.

23f. we must restore all voting rights to all former prisoners and never take them away again. voting is an inalienable right.

24b. we must reform our immigration policy and offer all immigrants a clear path to citizenship. less lawyers, no cops; more teachers, more kind and professional naturalization service employees.
24c. we must honor sanctuary cities by matching their funds equally as compassionate naturalization centers for the purpose of educating immigrants, giving them the best chance of success, boosting our economy and benefiting neighborhoods in the process. we know diversity is strength.

24d. we must develop four major immigration hubs at the sanctuary cities of los angeles, portland, minneapolis and new york city. these hubs will possess everything a new immigrant will need to become a contributing citizen of the UNITED DEMOCRACIES OF ANTIFA (you’re not sure when i’m being serious or not, do you? cannot one be serious yet have a little fun?), including languages, history, democratic socialist economics and creative classes from music to antimagafascist propaganda design (ha!) on top of basics such as small business operation, geometry, math, reading and writing in english, and ipad/iphone operation to prepare for citizenship tests, job training and placement. sanctuary cities in smaller hubs (see map) will perform similar duties but with emphasis on small business learning and skills related to the major job opportunities in that city.

25c. we must investigate private online universities, two-year colleges and trade schools to enforce student rights and lower the costs of these educations. many student loan programs lead students into great debt which is set up to be impossible to pay off, harming more than mere credit scores. this financial usury of students must become an illegal practice.

26a. we must demand americans at age 18 either serve in the national guard for two years or go to college/trade school after high school graduation and earn a two-year degree or better.
26b. we must end the notion of “dead-end jobs” and give those who help us opportunity to become anything. this means 30-hour “full time” workweeks which an employee may do in three or four days, giving them the better half of the week for learning, experiencing and becoming more. because trade school and college degrees are patriotic.

31d. we must offer 100% green hydrogen fuel and hemp diesel to all vehicle motors without the cost of engine conversions. this is not difficult, but to do this, the hydrogen must be liquid, not gaseous. the byproduct of liquid hydrogen is not water vapor, it’s nitrogen oxide. but good news, everyone! there is a solution.
31e. we must incentivize the use of liquid hydrogen fuel for standard combustion engines by making every liter of green hydrogen purchased worth a percentage of a share of the nationalized hydrogen fuel organization with yearly profits split between research, manufacture and 50% as dividends to share owners, the actual users of HYDROGREEN biofuels. these yearly payments will be distributed as coupons, good to use only for the purchase and installation of a motor created to burn hydrogen gas, to rebuild the motor in your current vehicle to run on hydro gas, or to purchase a new hydrogreen gas powered vehicle. in this way, the US can make all vehicles hydrogen gas powered by 2037 and phase out liquid hydrogen and petroleum fuel for all vehicles on the road.

31f. we must create fueling stations owned and operated by the citizens who use it, not by re-formed oil companies. they cannot be trusted.
31g. we must cast oil and gas corporations from our oceans and our soil. their US-based headquarters and offices will be transferred to green energy organizations, leaving nothing which will not be repurposed for good or recycled to keep earth beautiful.
31h. we must educate workers in obsolete energy jobs seamlessly into green energy jobs.
31i. we must stop shaving mountains off and gouging holes into the earth, polluting water and poisoning the land far and wide for the minerals needed to make batteries for vehicles. these deterrents mean an electric battery vehicle will never have a lower “carbon footprint” than a used vehicle with an internal combustion engine. therefore, we must immediately stop the sale and manufacture of battery-based electric vehicles within the united states to focus on hydrogen gas fuel.
31j. we must make the power sources of every united state 100% green before 2036. “green” is defined here as any energy which is 100% sustainable in its production and offers at least 90% reduction of co2 emissions and general carbon footprints from gas/diesel/coal. doing this will mean wind, solar, underwater thermal, biodiesel and hydrogen fuel will replace 19th century fuels.

32a. we must demand every united state create green power grids and socially innovative economies which are profitable beyond the amount that state pays in tax to our nation and above what they receive in government funds and projects, helping each to achieve this goal.

37d. we must, by state, county and municipality, slash then rebuild police units using new constitutional guidelines for education, training, on-the-job monitoring, and paying officers of the people. police will always live in the communities where they work, most will walk their beats, few will have lethal weaponry, and they shall be known as “the people’s protectors” (aka: protectors), not police. police is a word from the 16th century and it has become the tool of fascist terror. it must be cleansed of this wickedness and remade for the people, not the powerful.

the military is little more than a police force in excess. they’re the tool of the megacorp, the plaything of billionaire war gamers, operating not so much to maintain freedom for united states citizens as it is to destroy those who err against our corporate agenda. the military is lawyers with battleships and fighter jets and hydrogen bombs.

38a. we must rethink and recreate our military at all levels. doing so must not be accomplished by middling changes which prove ineffectual, as they always have, but by rooting out elements of racism, faith intolerance, sexual orientation prejudice and abject rot. this must not be done by other military people or military offices but by patriotic citizens yearning for safety, not through fear but by trust and care.
38b. we must slash military spending by over two-thirds to 300 billion dollars (in 2025 dollars) per year, which is more than any nation in the world puts into military dominance, including china.
38c. we must nationalize military industrial complex corporations to cut corruption and fraud from the cost to defend our nation while adding a profitable revenue to pay the military budget because then, money made through military kill device sales will not go into the hands of billionaires and stock owners, but straight back to the military and to the benefits of the health and pensions of military veterans.
38d. we must remove the ability of a president to call upon any state national guard, returning that power solely to governors and reaffirming the guard as protectors and defenders of the people, not presidents.

the american prison system is directly connected to the abject rot of the police. it is antiquated and, as seen in forward-thinking nations such as germany, denmark and finland, psychologically cruel and physically destructive. it helps no society and is a curse upon the prisoner. throw this in the “burn it all down” fire.

 

39a. we must abolish the 13th amendment of the US constitution. there must never be slavery disguised as “punishment for crime.” there must be no slavery for any reason.
39b. we must outlaw prison-for-profit corporations who operate prisons on federal and state levels.
39c. we must permanently close eighty percent of our prisons in a gradual, ten year plan, replacing every warden and prison employee, many without high school degrees, for staff who possess college degrees and score high on critical thinking and empathy.
39d. we must release non-violent and non-sex offender inmates as quickly as possible without tolerance for hindrance from district attorneys, wardens and governors. the united states has the largest prison population in the world by sheer numbers, with over 2.25 million incarcerated in jails and prisons. this is more people than the #2 nation, china, which has 4.4 times the population of the united states.
39e. we must unify all sentencing and crime definitions throughout the states.
39f. we must eliminate the bail bonding system which financially breaks the poor.
39g. we must, with extreme prejudice, eliminate the wealthy-go-free and the poor-go-to-prison dynamic endemic within the american justice system. nearly 700,000 people are in local jails awaiting trials which often take years to begin. the only crime they can be charged with is the crime of poverty. these numbers are a reprehensible fact born of greed, ignorance, power-through-fear and antique traditionalism rooted in 17th century incarceration concepts. let us jump forward 400 years to the present. see 39h below.

39h. we must create equal legal representation for all inmates, no longer relying on money-motivated private attorneys versus poor, gravely overworked and often less educated public defenders. instead, there must be a level ground for all accused, which consists of well-paid, free legal counsel, each limited to a small number of cases, who remain in touch throughout any possible prison sentence for their clients. local and state taxes will pay counselor salaries. taxes will be lower than the tax to maintain an antiquated system which uses physically and emotionally abusive rules and atmospheres. it is no surprise it kicks out abusive ex-convicts.
39i. we must re-imagine and rebuild both the facilities and the culture of jails and prisons, focusing on healing and skill building, on rehabilitation, not punishment. doing so means the united states must learn techniques found in many european countries, specifically germany, denmark and finland, which possess the lowest recidivism rates in the world and have 11 times less inmates per capita than the states. to do this, we must build new prisons with atmospheres made to be as close to normal life as possible, offering high quality health care, food and education (including university degrees). this teaches inmates autonomy and responsibility. better prisons. not more of them.
39j. we must stop making the christian religion the funnel which inmates are forced through to obtain reductions of sentences. religion can have a purpose in prison but studies show it makes no difference in recidivism when prisons are no longer about retribution but are instead places of growth. meditation, which offers concrete physical and mental benefits, will be offered instead of christian apologetics with rules written before toilet paper was invented, rules which condone slavery and are demeaning to women.
39k. we must offer inmates support, easily obtained, that is not faith based but instead offers do-it-yourself, humanity based healing, with psychology, sociology, education, jobs, community involvement and private living solutions available immediately upon release.
39l. we must cancel all three-strikes laws. the new system described here will make them obsolete. we must release all inmates from overwrought, egregious sentencing designed from three-strikes laws.
39m. we must end the free money sent to states to prop up their antiquated prison systems and instead use that $5 billion for the common welfare of the people; health and education being top needs. states will pay for this new kind of criminal justice themselves, starting by releasing nonviolent inmates who have been jailed/imprisoned for at least a year and violent inmates who have been jailed/imprisoned at least three years without incident inside. exceptions include all sex crimes, murder, many manslaughter charges, and all conspiracies to commit any exceptional crime previously mentioned.

40a. we must raise social security payments for those who made less than the 2025 equivalent of $150,000/year for a decade or more by no less than 20% and scale payments down as recipient wealth increases. social security payments will not be paid to those whose wealth exceeds $2,000,000 at retirement. houses, yachts, jet planes and more are to be included in wealth surveys.
40b. we must insure every human and every corporation on american soil pays the same percentage of their yearly financial gains into social security.  no maximum incomes will be allowed to escape the tax to insure retirement and disability sustainability for the people.
40c. we must fund social security for the next one hundred years using a portion of the trillions of dollars obtained by billionaire business and wealth seizures.

surprise! bureaucracy is a german invention. sociologist and political economist max weber decreed the ideal-type bureaucracy (what is it with germans and their “ideal types?” nietzsche, marx, the nazis…) was fueled by a legal-rational authority which gives rise to bureaucratic administration. he gave it six characteristics which, when properly applied, suck the soul out of anything within 20 years.

41a. we must cleanse the endlessly incomprehensible and irrational bureaucratic management of government services and offer the people humanity, not a.i. chatbots, making it easy to contact and receive help, whatever the department. no longer must we manifest a confusing and gauntlet-laden nightmare state for corrupt and powerful governors and legislators but let us be a nation of honestly helping one another.
41b. we must understand bureaucracy is the lair of that which abuses the people. take it away and there is nowhere for the neo-feudalist to hide. no more maddening rube goldberg series of phone button mousetrap clicks leading back where you were to start. finally, when you reach a human being who listens for five minutes, you get put on hold for ten, then the rep returns to say you’re being transferred. will you be disconnected? will you have to explain again? will you snap before you can get a competent human at the SNAP office?
41c. we must outlaw circuitous phone prompts and cursed a.i. agents. human people. that is the answer. it is easy to help folks. all we have to do is listen.

42a. we must offer statehood and all the benefits afforded the united democratic states to american samoa, guam, northern mariana islands, pureto rico, the u.s. virgin islands and washington d.c. by 2036. they shall decide themselves.
42b. we must build green power sources upon each territory, making them 100% sustainable by 2034.
42c. we must bring free museums, libraries, health care and live action theaters for each territory, emphasizing their historical cultures as well as international art and music, by 2034.

43a. we must restore public television and radio to its pre-pedofascist state, tripling the financial support PBS received in 2024 to assist in creating large online news presences and new educational shows while bringing back classics such as sesame street, nova, the news hour and more.

43b. we must restore public museums to their pre-pedofascist state by repairing damage president 47 has wrought upon our institutions from outrageous demands regarding what kind of art, artifacts and information can be shown to egregiously crude architectural updates and insipid interior design disasters.
43c. we must reverse those design meltdowns in the white house and return it to an understated home of strength and wisdom, ridding itself of the gaudy plated and painted gold EVERYWHERE, replacing crude architectural elements of misguided design with antiques from our historical repository, which are somewhere safe from president 47. exterior abominations (see: rose garden) shall be given complete renewals with emphasis on history.
